Responsibilities
Yours and Ours
We always try to offer TOP quality and service
but sometimes it goes wrong because of issues that lay beyond our power. We hope you understand.
1
It is everyones responsibility to do their best to create a memorable and perfect wedding.
2
You must be clear about what package you require and any extra requirements.
When we have those we will confirm pricing and agreed wedding/ceremony format to you by notecard prior to the wedding at which time you must notify us by notecard of any changes that you may wish to make.
After this any further changes made by you will be chargeable. Payment is 50% of the total cost at time of booking with the balance plus any extras you may have decided on payable the day before the wedding is due to take place.
The "You and Me" package is 100% payable upon booking and any "custom" weddings are negotiated at the time.
3
We will always re-start our sim prior to your wedding to reduce any chance of lag occurring. Having done so we can accept no responsibility for any lag. You and your guests should reduce your scripts to a minimum to help avoid any lag.
4
You will notify us immediately by notecard if you are for whatever reason unable to attend on the agreed date and we will do our best to re-arrange a new date for you as no refunds are payable. We allow for you to be up to 15 minutes late but after that we reserve the right to re-schedule. If you re-schedule more than once then a fee of L$1000 will be applied. Should you not attend at the time and date agreed without notifying us you forfeit your all your payments.
5
We will always treat you politely and respectfully and as such we expect the same from you and all your guests. Should we experience any rude, abusive or threatening words or behavior we reserve the right to cancel immediately and eject any offenders with no refunds payable.
6
In the event of a Bride or Groom crashing during the ceremony we will wait for up to 30 minutes for them to return after which we reserve the right to re-schedule the wedding. The same applies if we should crash during the ceremony.
